Viamo is a global social enterprise that uses simple, low-cost technology to collect and provide public service data—serving large organizations including UNICEF, UNDP, and Oxfam. Today, Viamo is used by more than 500 businesses, government departments, social institutions, and NGOs to improve the lives of millions of people in more than 20 countries across Africa and Asia.
Viamo’s top priority was increasing revenue, impact, and average contract value per customer by building a more robust product suite. Viamo partnered with Rippleworks to design and roll-out key product operations and processes for their nascent product department.
We approached Rippleworks at an inflection point in Viamo’s growth where we needed to create a new team dedicated to the expansion of Viamo’s product offering.
With the help of Rippleworks’ advisors, we designed and tested all of the required tools and process for the success of this new team.
