Tools of the Mind is a unique, research and play-based early childhood curriculum focused on developing self-regulation skills in children. Tools of the Mind partners with early childhood programs and school districts to provide professional development to pre-K and kindergarten teachers.

One of Tools of the Mind’s top priorities going into the project was securing partnerships with early childhood programs and school districts. Tools of the Mind partnered with Rippleworks to build an effective targeted B2B value proposition and sales process.

Tools of the Mind partnered with Erin Lewellen, an exectuvie leader who currently serves as CEO at Global Citizen Year. Together they:

• Aligned on roles and responsibilities for the team’s development organization

• Learned the fundamentals of B2B sales, including hiring and managing a sales team and the basics of inbound versus outbound sales

• Began building a B2B sales playbook, including a pipeline structure, goals, KPIs, and a pipeline meeting structure
