Simple Education Foundation partnered with Rippleworks to establish consistent performance management and L&G tools and processes to support both employee and organizational growth at scale.

Simple Education Foundation (SEF) wants children across government schools in India to thrive. SEF works with governments to build state-wide training programs for school teachers and principals to make learning in public schools across India more engaging and impactful for children. SEF co-designs processes and frameworks with government institutions and educators to help them implement and scale the programs by themselves in the long term. Within this overarching framework, SEF also builds state-wide training programs for future teachers, and works directly with teachers in Centers of Excellence (COEs), focusing on curriculum development and teaching practices.

One of SEF’s top priorities going into this project was establishing consistent performance management and L&G tools and processes to support employee and organizational growth as they scale.

SEF partnered with Brooke Rufo-Hill, a dynamic People Leader with 20+ years of experience across diverse sectors in venture capital, private equity, technology, social impact, higher education, and public service. Together, they:
