mDoc partnered with Rippleworks to build a product management process.

mDoc makes it easier for people to manage their regular and chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity and anemia through web and mobile applications. Through the mDoc platform, patients receive advice on simple healthy lifestyle habits and input key metrics so they know if it’s working. To promote preventative health, mDoc also connects patients to virtual coaches and in-person hubs that can help patients navigate the complex clinical systems and ensure lasting lifestyle changes.

One of mDoc’s top priorities going into this project was optimizing their B2C sales channel. 

We had an expert in Cyndi who could contextualize, given her experience on the continent.

She gave us practical examples of how to build a sales team and took away the ambiguity of the sales process.
