Generation is a global non-profit transforming education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into otherwise inaccessible, life-changing careers. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., Generation’s work has spanned 16 countries around the world, including the U.S., Chile, Kenya, Pakistan, and Thailand.

One of Generation’s top priorities going into the project was transforming their data infrastructure for responsiveness and scalability to support their future growth. Generation partnered with Rippleworks to reduce the organization’s user acquisition cost, increase the efficiency of their data analysis, and improve their data system’s stability.
