Be Girl partnered with Rippleworks to build a best-in-class sales operation capable of increasing international growth.

Be Girl’s mission is to become the leading provider of sustainable menstrual products and educational services in underserved markets, driving transformative change in the positive public perception of menstruation. They focus on meeting the needs of over 250 million adolescent girls who lack access to appropriate, high-performance menstrual products, essential for promoting autonomy and empowerment while preserving the environment. To date, they have provided over 500,000 period products to adolescents in emerging markets, working across the African continent and the Middle East.

One of Be Girl’s top priorities going into this project was building repeatable processes and structures necessary to support Be Girl’s growing institutional sales.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of our core challenges, which allowed us to view our issues from a new perspective instead of blindly searching for solutions.
