Acceso partnered with Rippleworks to make data-driven decisions

Acceso provides smallholder farmers a ‘one-stop-shop’ to remove all the barriers they face in trading with formal markets. They improve and reduce producers’ cost of production, create the operational infrastructure needed to get their produce to market, provide value-added processing, and commercialize their crops for them.​
 

One of Acceso’s top priorities going into the project was improving the way their team makes decisions as they triple the number of farmers they serve. Acceso partnered with Rippleworks to design dynamic business monitoring processes and tools to enable real-time, data-driven decision making.

Acceso partnered with Aaron Kirschner, a business operations leader who brought experience from Lyft, TerraVia Holdings, LightSail Energy, and KickStart International. Together, they:

• Created reports and dashboards to make better decisions

• Identified, prioritized, designed, and prototyped new tools; created a change management plan to successfuly adopt them

• Created a comparison analysis of third-party tools versus in-house development
