West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) partnered with global sales and marketing executive, Otema Yirenkyi, to build a stronger marketing strategy and connect even more young people across West Africa with essential skills, meaningful employment opportunities, and brighter futures.

Building Performance-Based Rewards at Scale

Acceso teamed up with Sue Olson, fractional CHRO at Red Thread Consulting, to lay the foundation for a thoughtful, performance-based compensation and total rewards strategy. Together, they created an action plan that supports and celebrates employees across countries, helping every team member feel valued and empowered to grow.
