Succession Planning for Your Leadership Team

Strengthening organizational preparedness

As organizations rapidly scale, positions and job descriptions change, needs evolve, and turnover can be a healthy part of an organization’s growth. Planning for these transitions within a senior leadership team is crucial to ensure organizational momentum and stability. In this program, leaders will clarify roles, identify future leaders, and prepare for conversations, all before transitions occur.

Specifically, they will:

  • Explore having tough conversations with leaders about their succession plans
  • Learn the critical outcomes of a succession plan
  • Prepare to communicate a leader’s departure
  • Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world

This program will be offered in English (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).

Who Should Attend:

  • Are Heads of Human Resources
  • Are developing a succession plan now, or within the next 6-12 months
  • Can devote the time to learn and grow with peers across the globe

We recommend that two leaders from an organization participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership, making it easier to share learnings across an organization.
