Scaling a social venture requires senior leaders who can deliver on strategy, culture, and performance. Yet executive teams are reporting that they struggle to define what success truly looks like in a role, align internally before launching a search, or bring an opportunity to market in a way that attracts the right candidates. Participants will gain practical frameworks and tools to approach senior hiring with clarity, alignment, and confidence.

Specifically, they will:

  • Practice building outcome-based scorecards that clarify objectives, align executive teams, and strengthen candidate evaluation
  • Learn how to translate organizational priorities into a compelling, market-ready opportunity that attracts leaders who can thrive in the organization’s specific context
  • Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world

This program will be offered in English (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).

Who Should Attend:

Leaders who can devote time to learn and grow with peers across the globe, and are either:

  • Executive team members shaping leadership roles
  • Senior leaders (Directors and above) in Human Resources who are accountable for hiring VPs or C-level talent

We recommend that two leaders from an organization participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership, making it easier to share learnings across an organization.
