Generation creates a functional education-to-employment system by preparing and placing people into culturally-relevant and modern careers that would otherwise be inaccessible due to biases about their education, financial background, gender, or prior work experience.

Why Rippleworks Invested:

Unrestricted funding to Generation’s global entity will help them scale to new countries and deepen their impact in existing ones (by scaling new tools like remote launch and fully-virtual cohorts). This type of funding gives Generation the opportunity to reach more government and private employers by producing data-driven insights on employee attributes that lead to long-term employment and financial wellbeing.

On average, Generation ‘learners’ see a 300 percent increase from their pre-Generation income to their post-Generation income combined with an 80 percent job placement rate more than 90 days after the program ends.
