La Cocina works to solve problems of equity in business ownership for women, immigrants, and people of color by providing affordable commercial kitchen space to talented entrepreneurs. Business also receive mentorship and access to market opportunities.

Since 2005, over 120 business have been incubated at La Cocina and has plans to open the country’s first women-led food hall.
