Senior leaders in fast-growing social ventures face constant shifts in markets, customer needs, tech, policy, or funding, requiring rapid adaptation. In this session, leaders will learn practical tools to adapt to change while staying strategically aligned. They will build confidence in communicating the decisions clearly and preparing themselves and their teams to respond quickly.
Specifically, they will:
- Learn to sense changes that may impact organizational priorities or strategy
- Practice communicating shifting priorities
- Strengthen how to delegate decision ownership and align responsibility with authority to enable faster action
- Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world

Who Should Attend:
Senior leaders (Directors and above) who:
- Own organizational or departmental strategy
- Are leading or actively managing a response to organizational change
