From Readiness to Action: HR’s Role in Shaping AI Adoption
As social ventures explore the​ exciting potential of AI, Heads of Human Resources are being called ​on to lead the organization through the complexities of adoption. In this session, Senior Leaders in Human Resources will ​learn how to assess readiness, determine the right AI tools, and implement strategies that align with their organization’s goals and learning needs. Through real-world examples, participants will leave better equipped to shape responsible, thoughtful, and effective AI integration in their organization.
Specifically, they will:
- Better understand what AI can and can’t do for their organization
- Learn key questions and people-centered implications of AI adoption
- Explore case studies in learning and performance and AI solutions
- Gain access to a network of leaders across sectors and functional areas from around the world
This program will be offered in English (Zoom automated captions available in 35 languages).
Who Should Attend:
- Senior Leaders in Human Resources responsible for designing their organization’s people strategy OR
- Senior Leaders who are responsible for leading their organization’s adoption of AI tools
- Must be able to devote the time to learn and grow with peers across the globe
We recommend that two leaders from an organization participate together. Participating with a colleague fosters accountability and thought partnership, making it easier to share learnings across an organization.
