Peepul partnered with Rippleworks to refresh and improve learning and growth processes.

Peepul believes children can be saved from poverty through high engagement classrooms that unlock their absolute potential. In their work with governments around India, Peepul strives to create classroom environments for meaningful student-teacher engagement — a key to transforming the system and breaking the cycle of poverty. So far, Peepul has reached over 14M+ students and 323K+ teachers across India, garnering international recognition for their work. 

One of Peepul’s top priorities going into this project was ensuring that all team members have clear and equitable opportunities for learning and growth as the company grows from 200 to 250 employees in 2024.

Peepul partnered with Carrie Berg, a People Strategy expert, passionate about developing people and fostering a culture of learning and excellenc. Together, they:

• Revised their needs analysis assessment to prioritize training needs across the organization.

• Designed and piloted their initial module as part of a more comprehensive L&D program for new managers.

• Shifted their L&D approach to designing modules that will be piloted several times, and customized to best fit the team’s needs.
