ACADES partnered with Rippleworks to define and standardize the quality control process for service delivery in the field.

ACADES is a social enterprise focused on creating sustainable wealth for the most rural and disconnected farming communities. They do this through providing tailor-made farmer support packages which include capacity development, agriculture financing, and ethical markets.​

One of ACADES’ top priorities going into the project was developing a system for ensuring and maintaining service quality to farmers

ACADES partnered with Alex Kelly, an International Development practitioner with 10+ years of experience implementing programmatic work and overseeing growth-oriented strategy. Together, they:

• Created a definition quality and its drivers in tangible terms.

• Identified actions at all levels in the organization that would drive quality.

• Designed a KPI dashboard to monitor quality and identified existing and new data sources required to monitor quality.
