Acceso partnered with Rippleworks to build the foundation for performance-based compensation and total rewards.

Acceso provides smallholder farmers a ‘one-stop-shop’ to remove all the barriers they face in trading with formal markets. They improve and reduce producers’ cost of production, create the operational infrastructure needed to get their produce to market, provide value-added processing, and commercialize their crops for them.​
 

One of Acceso’s top priorities going into the project was building a total rewards philosophy. 

Acceso partnered with Sue Olson, a global human resources executive with expertise in organizational transformation, change management and cultural reinvention. Together, they:

• Defined orienting principles of compensation philosophy.

• Learned best practices on performance management tied to compensation, rewards and recognition.

• Developed an action plan to create an equitable compensation structure for their operations across Haiti, El Salvador, Colombia, and the US.
