Developing Your Team

 

Program Summary: None of us achieves our goals alone. We depend on our team members. In Developing Your Team, you will explore actions to accelerate your team members’ learning and growth and practice techniques to effectively coach others to achieve at their best. This program is part of the Leading Thriving Teams learning track. It will be offered in English, with live interpretation into French.
